In order to provide the best possible scheduling and experience for my guests, I require 48 hours advanced notice should you need to cancel or reschedule. Deposits are non refundable, but transferable so long as the changes to your appointment are made with in the 48 hour window. Canceling or rescheduling an appointment with less than 48 hours or failing to arrive at the scheduled time will result in losing your deposit or a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price before you are able to rebook.
